Richard H. Domville, American born citizen to Jamaican parents, comes from a family of three. Richard has been appraising real estate in New York City for the past twenty-eight years. He began his career in 1988 at Apple Bank as a staff appraiser for New York City high-end apartments shortly before starting his own company All City Appraisals in 1992. He has appraised homes for as little as $100,000 and as much as $32,000,000 million. He has helped many homeowners get the true value for their property as well as assisted buyers in finding their perfect home while making sure they are not paying more than it is worth. As one of NYC’s top appraisers for high end properties he has helped his clients negotiate great deals with his expertise. Having many years of appraisal experience under his belt, he started his own real estate group – Value Realty. In a very short time, he has become one of the go to experts in real estate because of his appraisal background. As his company’s motto states “where value and integrity matters” he lives up to his name. With his integrity and work ethic he has made quite a name for himself.
